The Very Sad Truth About Humanity

In a world when things were once dark, and unexplored. We have come a long way throughout time. From the time the planet was conceived, till now, and further along the time line. A time where this planet was just a developing ball of elements. Where nothing existed. It was the moment in time in which this planet would be it's most peaceful and beautiful. Over time the planet grew life (or was put here, whichever you choose), and grew to what we know it as now. A flourishing planet with different species all existing in one gigantic ecosystem.

If there IS in fact only one planet like ours. Then why are we working so hard to destroy it?

So much hatred in society now. Time in which you pray you wake the next morning. Death knocking at your door every moment of every day. Knowing that someone has a box or a panel with a blinking red button that could change the face of this planet within hours. So many wars going on left and right. The fight over land. Which in any religion is told to be "the creator's" land. Everyone fighting over things that should not be an issue. There are more important things going on in the world.

People are dying of diseases, cancers, and much worse. People more worried about trying to take as much as they can get. That money won't help you when you have no where to run. These wars cause more problems then people care to address. Shells from tanks that deplete uranium into the very life line of our existence. That uranium poisons hundreds and kills thousands. It rots the skin right off the bone. Makes people so sick they die horribly. Is that something you would want for your children? Grandchildren? Yourself???

If this planet chooses, it can wipe us all up in a single wipe.

So many think that war is necessary. It's not.... why not help one another to survive. Look around you people. The earth is going through changes. In this time do you want to fight to die, or fight to survive. Trillions of dollars have been spent on wars over resources that could have been bartered for or traded. Open up trade routes to help the planet to grow.

There are millions starving to death, and no one even offers a helping hand. We call ourselves human beings? I think not... If you want to know what's truly destroying this planet.... I suggest you look in the mirror. We are all guilty of it.

Thank you for the reminder that we all need to look in the mirror more often and take stock of who we are and what we are or are not doing to make the world a better place!
