Hi Fellow Marketers,

Have you ever felt like you were gambling when you made a marketing move? Maybe you took out an advertisement somewhere... or maybe you didn't because it felt too risky.

You could write your ad, and pick a perfect spot to put it, but who knows if it would actually WORK?

Would you make the money back that you spent?

Then, measure the responses, and you'll be gathering hard, statistical information on what works and what doesn't.

After trying a few different subject lines and looking at the percentage that are opened, you will really hone your skills on how to write effective subject lines for a given situation.

The subject line is the most important feature of an email too -- if it isn't any good, the rest of the email won't even be read -- they never opened it!

Investing time in unknowned territory is always a risk. I promoted AA Turbo cellulare chargers and Ethos Fuel reformulator ~ both were excellent products; however, upper management broke up; thus associates lost excellent income connection. The ethos product is still being marketed under new management; however, I refuse to participate because I suspect the current formula is not as great as the original, due to the cost of the hostile takeover. Customer loyalty has somewhat set in; thus, the product can be watered down and still sell.

Hi AxwelllHome, I would defently agree with what you have said, I would also recommend what Ivan has said and check Michael Rasmussen "Email promos exposed" as he is known for creating email marketing campaigns that consistently bring in cash. And have been a member of EPE for some time my self and there is some great videos there. Good luck
