The 'Going to the store just to get one item' sickness!!!

Urrrggggg!!! I did it again!! I needed milk!! Just milk!! All I needed was milk!! I just went to get one item!! Milk was it!! i didn't need anything else but milk!! 2% milk to be precise. Nothing else needed to be bought by me!! In--pick up the mil--bring to the counter--pay 3.79--Say thanks--see ya later!--Leave! I didn't need anything else at this time!!
So how come when I get to the store--I realize I also need dish soap? Ok--milk and dish soap--that is my shopping done that i need for now!! Nothing else except for the hamburger I could use for dinner tomorrow!! Whattttt?? Ok!! So I might need some type of food! Nothing more but can sure use something to drink!! Of the milk is getting heavy and I cant grab the bottles of soda while holding my needed milk and my unnecessary hamburger and soap!! Besides what is hamburger w/potato chips right??


Some how--SOME HOW--My one item of $3.79 turned into too many items for the 12 items or less counter and for some strange reason got to be a FIFTY THREE DOLLARS AND 29 CENTS item!!!!!!! Oh my gosh!! why do I do this??? Whhhy????

I am sure that I am the only one in the entire spectrum of this universe who have this problem--right?? I mean there are not enough people on the face of this earth that would be able to create a 12 step groups with--is there? I mean I need to practice something like "hello--my name is Tom...And I am a nonstopshoppingoholic!"
