Are you in debt?? And if so--what are u doing about it personally???

The more I think about what happened on Wall Street last week--the more disheartened I get about my own situation--U know?? Now granted I am not terrible--or at least I believe I am not in terrible trouble with all things considering--but I am not well off neither. Ok--Yeah--I am in debt--and yes it bothers me. While I do claim a trifle of the responsibility of my indebtedness, but I refuse to proclaim it all. I didn't tell Exxon to raise their oil prices so that it would be impossible for me to fill my car up!! I never told anyone to sue hospitals or insurance companies with just out and out stupid lawsuits like not being told that hot coffee is hot--so that my insurance rates can keep on going up!! I was never the one who took any money out of any social security funds and put it in a personal bank account to pay for some congressperson who wrote a million dollar check when they only had 10 dollars in that account!! I didn't tell Wal-Mart to raise their price on hamburgers from $3.99 a LB one week to 4.39lb the next week!!! I am not someone who don't pay my credit card bill in-spite of the fact that they charge more for the interest of the interest then the actual products I actually bought!! (Which by the way is a major reason why I no longer possessed any CCs--whether it is bank or to any particular store!!!!!! Freaking things take a gazillion years to pay just for the interest and the interest to the interest that isn't being paid!!)

There are so many, many, many things that contributes to the rise of the cost of living is just beyond comprehension--Even in this--what is suppose to be the "wealthiest country on the face of the earth!!!" Heck!! Some wealthiness!! A great majority of us can not even afford to live here!!!! And that situation just doubled this last week!!!! I can not even begin to tell u how many houses in my town are in foreclosures or up for sales or what ever! If this keeps up--I am going to probably be putting a sign up in front of my house too!! And all of this from things that i have absolutely no control what soever with??? I am thinking of downsizing to maybe an apartment of something--but good grief--I can't take care of my Mom in a sublet or a divided house where I can get a one bedroom apartment for a measly little $900 a month which will help the house owner pay off the mortgage--and I can get mine paid!! Sigh--If only I was able to hit a 90 mph fast ball!! then I could just work just a few hours a day for a few month out of the year and make a few millions for doing something that ordinary people do in parks across America!! (Yeah I get ticked about that too!!)

Ok I started ranting--and that wasn't the purpose of this thread. Well at least not intentionally though. I guess my real intention is to share my pain with all of u who are probably saying--"I am there I am doing that!!" I could sit here and complain about this--but it doesn't get anything done--now does it??? My real question about your situation of debt is what are u doing about it. I know about the being on the tight budget thing. Oh heck--My budget is so tight it makes charitable organizations look profitable!! One thing I have done is to try my hands with online business' such as BBS DIAMOND ELITE and four others I got going. And of course i am hoping people will hit me up and ask about all of them--but it just seem like everyone is hoping to build business' for the same dog gone reason!! So the ball is now in your court!! It is your turn to rant!! Are u in debt? How is it affecting you and yours?? And perhaps the most important question--what are u doing about your debt???
