A few days ago I wrote about free traffic generating methods. Like any webmaster, I am no exception when it comes to appreciating a good source of free traffic. Of course, the obvious benefit of free traffic, is encapsulated in the word FREE!
LinkReferral is like most of the other programs ‘out there’, in that they have both free and paid memberships available, their main difference is that a free membership actually DOES deliver traffic!
LinkReferral works like this: when you list your site, you have the opportunity to review and rate other member’s sites in various differing catagories. The linkreferral members whose sites you have visited and rated then review and rate your site in return. My personal experience has been; for 30 sites reviewed and rated, I recieved 105 visitors to my own site! Excellent exposure! This tells me that not only the sites I visited returned the favor, but having my site listed with LinkReferral also generated an additional 75 visitors. Not only that, but one of these sites (a blog) has begun posting my blog postings on their own site! Once again increasing my traffic.
Paid memberships are not monthly, they merely require a one-time setup fee of USD$50.00. With the fee comes advanced statistics showing the number of visitors sent to your site, a listing of other traffic sources each with an advanced analysis of their effectiveness, and the opportunity to earn income based on the number of people you have referred to LinkReferral! And of course, the HTML code for banners and buttons on your own site to lead people to your LR account. (Yes, if you click on the banner above, I get credit!)
Of course, LinkReferral also has a forum where you can discuss topics relevant to traffic generation and related subjects.
Another HTML feature can be seen to the right of this posting. The reviews you have recieved at LR, along with the reviewer’s link are there, drawing still more traffic from the sites they are displayed on! So, by leaving favorable reviews for other LR members, you increase the chances of good traffic to your own!
In Conclusion:
I would have to say that I am very favorably impressed with the LinkReferral program. It Works!!!
Not only does it work, it does so mostly on AutoPilot. Other than reviewing a few sites everyday, and installing the HTML code on your own site, there is VERY LITTLE efort involved. If you are struggling with traffic issues, or just want a traffic ‘boost’, LinkReferral is the best bet I have found!!
