ASK APSense: Why is there SPAM here?

I have to ask the fearful and controversial question: Why is there SPAM here at ASK APSense?
I was looking thru recent questions and was surprised to find at least two questions so far that were intended to sell a product. However the poster of the questions never answered their own question which would make it so it is not truly spam? Here are the two questions and not because I want to point a finger at anyone but so we can all learn how to use ASK APSense to help one another.

| I have also found spam and inappropriate posts all over the site, however, I've noticed that admin tries to get on top of these things. This must be difficult since ApSense now has so many members - and a membership base that is growing daily.
