OMG&G, I'm Stuffed To The Gills! LOL! I Had Better Win This Year's Burger Contest!

Yes, it's that time of the year when I go all out to try to win the $50,000 Grand Prize for the Sutter Home Build A Better Burger Contest! :)

 My recipe this year is called a "Redheaded Belly Buster" (for now) and I'm still recovering from eating one, so forgive me if this recipe makes you feel just a little bit ravenous, I just couldn't stop eating this fine sandwich, either!

 I like my hamburger made with lean ground chuck and filet mignon, plus a small amount of beef suet... This mixture gives me control of texture and taste, and always adds an appeal to those folks who happen to have an "upscale " tastebud or two...

 I make four 10 ounce patties, that have been seasoned well with seasalt, wine and a few finely chopped aromatics... My patties are then lightly formed-- Too much handling seems to make burgers tougher...

 Now this particular burger has a topping that made from sliced and grilled chicken breast, colby and mozzerella cheeses and sauteed chopped red cabbage and red onion. I will also be baking a special type of bread to use in this super-sandwich, and hopefully the Judges will be impressed enough to totally ignore all the other entries, and just give me the damn $50, 000.

 If that happens, I want you guys to be prepared, because there will be a real Party coming into your Lives, very soon! :)

 Thank you for indulging me, and now I need to loosen my belt a little bit more! :)

 I am not giving recipe specifics here because the contest is still on, and I don't want to give my secrets away until afterwards! :)
