Newbies try to grow their network too fast

I've seen and heard many newbies becoming frustrated after entering a network like apsense due to their failure in building network. It's become very difficult to bring confidence in something after losing. So frustrated newbies after leaving online area do not come again. We ourselves can prevent these premature loss of our potential network.
What happens is that, when a new member comes to a community, Apsense, he/she desperately tries to collect referrals or members, they desperately try to build a network without knowing it in the first place. It's not only their failure, it's the failure of the referrer also. Referrer failed to guide his/her teammates. Newbies, after joining here, first should start reading the blogs and articles, then start to ask questions if they do not understand something that is start participating in the form of putting comments on blogs and articles. They should get into the habit of the sites activity. After gathering knowledges and participating in the blogs, articles etc newbies should start active participation like starting own blogs and write articles by his/her gathered knowledge and their experienced opinion. In the process of learning and participating newbies will grow confidence in them and will be ready to bring new members whom he/she'll guide in the same way he/she learned. Because in a community getting and giving help is the basic thing. We should get help first and then help others. Help is ready here, we just need to take it, use it and start to give it. I've told my teammates to go through the articles, blogs first here in apsense; learn first. They are doing so now. Not only my team mates, but I myself is reading and by the process learning also.
