Out of sight, Out of mind

So lets today discuss about how someone can build any type of business.

I think a couple things you need are

1) Drive/Determination
2) Resources
3) Time
4) Training
5) Network
6) Skills
7) Stay Active

I'm not saying these are the only things you need but those are the ones I like to see in a new associate. Lets touch on staying active #7. Can people really get paid over and over again by doing something one time? Sort of like royalties. They get paid on a song every time it's played.

People sometimes confuse this with people who buy a business expecting it to produce. Singer/bands need to put in time to get the song out and there was work, time... and many others. It is never a "put money down, watch it grow". There is always some leg work to follow through. If you want to play the lottery, then buy a ticket. If you want a business, you need to work. Sure you can build a residual monthly income but to get there you need to make basic sales. To even make those sales you need a certain level of training. Make sure you stay active and get current training to help grow your business. There is a good chance if you work hard and are successful that over time you will not have to work it as hard and watch the monthly income pile in. All of that was earned but since you only gotta do it once correctly it builds on itself after that.

When going into a business stay in a business mindset. Work it like a business and it will pay you like one. Keeping the business out of your daily activities will only allow that dream to die. You need to stay active and work at it. Train your downline and they will follow in your footsteps. Build it correctly and your organization will be self sustaining for you to leave when you want. Education is very important so keep materials fresh in the mind so you can grow your business. If you continue to push it to the side when you get time you will never grow any business.
