Blocked again by another Apsense Member I never met for no reason.
|
![]() Today while checking my email many messages. I noticed that I am being blocked by a Apsense Member of whom I have never met, sent an email to or even corresponded with. I am not angry about this as every member has a right to decide how they want to do business but I can't help but wonder what spurred this Member into action. I have never used my Email privileges here at Apsense to say that I am spamming you and I still have not bothered to send any of my offers or blogs to any Member here at Apsense, so I cannot for the life of me understand what spurred this Apsense Member to act this way. When blocked by another Member, this makes it impossible to reach the member or ask "What the heck is the problem"? My Email box is still open for this Member to reach me if they want to talk or discuss the matter and will remain open as I am not a coward. I took the time today to "View My Invitations" and I started to clean out that box or old inactive emails. Very few of them are active and most of them inactive and are now deleted. I think I used them once when I first became an Apsense Member years ago. I never found them very effective so I stopped using them on the first try. My question to you Members is.... "How the hell do you expect to do business online when you are not available"? "When you are not touchable or reachable, can you really call yourself a business person"? Doing good business online requires that you be visibly present and available for contact, while building trust in your community. If you make yourself unavailable in our presence how can you possibly do good business in the community? Trust is a very important part of doing good business online or any business and when someone can't see you to trust you or you make yourself unavailable to reach or talk to, how can you possibly expect to make any sales with your business? How can you expect to grow your business without trust and honesty in the community? I am at my wit's end with you people. Use your common sense because if you had any it would tell you that this is not the way to go. Building good relationships with people online requires time, effort, labor, trust, honesty and more. Ask yourself what kind of business person you want to be, set some rules and live by them. Whatever you decide, know that doing good business is a constant work in progress. http://www.JeunelleFoster.com Jeunelle's World |

| I just blocked Saturday by someone I never met or even knew they were here at Apsense, so who cares. I just wrote this so you all can know you are not the only one that it happens. I find it funny and childish that someone would even bother to take the time to block you but who knows what the hell is going on in their puny little minds. Jeunelle's World |

| Lisa it's probably the same person that recently blocked me and several others It's funny if you look at the group there are oops I've been denied posts all over it. I wonder if this person is intentionally blocking or just don't have a clue as to what they are doing.

| Ouch...it finally happend to me.
You know how you can go to see what your friends are doing on Apsense. One day, I saw a blog posting that looked pretty interesting. Upon looking at this particular blog, I discovered an Apsense member (author of this blog) that not only had great content, but really I reallyl liked their description on their profile. I sent a friend request. Now I'm not saying..denying someone is outlawed around here..lol..that's okay, but to also block you! I want put anyone on the spot, or reveal this member, but if you read their profile..that's when the real shocker would come into place..lol. Ha..ha..i'm laughing..cause I do have to say I find that childish...especially they don't know you. I can understand, if it's some kind of annoying spammer type person, otherwise, what's the point. Have to admit...when I realized I can still block back..even after I've already been blocked..it felt good...lol. I felt like Dr. Evil..laughing...Wah..ha..ha..ha. Wah..ha..ha..ha..ha. Well.. good thing there is a special blog for this. ..lol..know this sounds childish on my part..Just had to rant a little bit about it. Maybe I should take it to the Rant Blog too..lol. Well...I feel better..got that one off my chest..lol. BIG Crumbs |

| #6 Apr 10 2008 04:44 I'd like to thank Jeunelle for removing her posts. People, this discussion was never intended to be about the rights and wrongs of Apsense, and certainly not about the ability or otherwise of mass messaging your contacts here. It's about people either wanting to step up and offer useful advice to 'newbies' or not. And like I said in the original post, "none that want to learn from and give back to others" If there are not enough people wanting to do this, then I don't think the group has any purpose. #7. Apr 10 2008 10:07 You shouldn't thank me at all I removed it because this Group isn't helpful and has no real solutions to the problem. However I would like to thank you for blocking me from your lists of contacts. I still have you as a contact as I do not block anyone even if we don't agree and you can remove this comment after you read it. Thank you. These two comments are a disagreement from Sans blog at http://www.apsense.com/subject/29765.htm which I later removed all my comments because she doesn't agree with them or like them. I was also later blocked from San after my post in her Group upset her. I never asked for San to be in my list of contacts so I am not missing her. I still have not blocked San or any member that blocked me. I still see reason for it. At least there is a reason why I was blocked from this Member. We obviously still have members here with some real personal issues. Jeunelle's World |
