Shareapic - Earn Money for Sharing Photos

Do you have tons of photos lying around on your hard-drive? If you're like most people, me included, you do. I've found a place similar to Flickr or Photobucket, but with one major difference - you earn money from sharing your pictures. That site is called Shareapic !

The first time I saw this site, I was a little skeptical. Why would a site pay YOU for sharing your pictures? The answer is quite simple actually. The site earns revenue from advertising and adsense ads, and pays a part of that to you. You earn money every time someone clicks on your photo. That photo can be posted in a lot of places to earn more clicks. I've posted mine on a few websites, as well as Facebook and some forums, and have managed to gather up quite a few clicks already. The pay rate is about 22 cents per 1000 views. That may not sound like much, but if you have a lot of images or have a popular website, those views may quickly add up. Also, you can enter your own adsense identification, and get credit for clicks on your profile. Another incredible bonus feature is that you get 10% of your referrals income, FOREVER!
I've tried a couple tricks already to get more views. I'm adding each individual image to DIGG. This has been quite time consuming, but has managed to give me quite a few clicks as well as visits to my website. I've also used Stumbleupon to stumble each one.

The site does have some disadvantages over similar sites. At the moment, there is no rating system for individual galleries or images. I hear that the owners of Shareapic are working hard to add this in the near future, along with other neat surprises. Shareapic seems to be fairly new, after all.
