I would like immigration

I am Yusef,44,Single,from Yemen.
Computer technician,have bachlore degree computer engineering from
King__Saud__University Riyadh Saudia ,since 1995.
I have experience since 1996.
I have Master degree in social researches from Sana'a__University
in Yemen since 4004.
I am fluent in English ,have only Basic in France and Germany.
My salary not exceed us$150.
I would like immigration to any country for better income.
