I sometimes click on paid per read ads, just to make a little money to be able to advertise for my own biz. I have finally figured out, there is no need to sit to do this. I click, and do arm and stretching excercises while the timer is going. Great Idea! No need for those of us whom work behind the computer, not to get some exercise during and after. Thanks for sharing this with us!

There are many exercises you can do seated such as bicep curls, overhead tricep extension, lateral raises, front raises. upright rows, moderated side raises, then you can use the legs with leg extensions. Its all about using the mind and being adaptable. cheers Mike the Ninja

Ah, yes, exercise......it's the motivation that I need. It's sadly lacking regarding getting fit, although I'm now walking about 20 km per week. Maybe that's enough?
