You can add your apsense content to your word press blog's  very easily.
1.First of all, log into your word press account and click on My Dashboard.
2. Next click on Presentation, then widgets.3. In the widgets you want to scroll down and find your rss widget. If you still have the default sidebar, you want to drag and drop items into it to customize it. So scroll down and drag the items you want. The rss widget will allow you to add rss feeds to your sidebar. So find the rss feed for your blogs at the bottom of your apsense blogs page. It's a little orange button. Just right click and copy shortcut to get your rss feed url from apsense and then click the configure button on your rss widget you drug into your side bar and paste in the url of your apsense rss feed., then close the box and save changes. Now view your blog, and you'll see your apsense blog links will be listed in your sidebar! And every time you add something new it will automatically update for you!
Here's my word press blog so you can see the items I've added using this technique.
