How Do I Promote Apsence?

by Rebecca Beasley Consultant, Web Designer, Script Set Up
What are some of the best ways I know to promote Apsense?
Most people who are into marketing are getting tons of ads every day, so email marketing isn't what it used to be. Filters are being used and they're putting our emails into the trash bins. So unless you're sending the emails to people who are already in your address book and you're in theirs, it's not a good idea to use safelists, or bulk mailers...Unless you know what words to avoid setting off the filter, but still a lot of people who sign up for safelists have set up their own filters to send all the emails they get from the lists to the trash and they  never see it.\
One of the best ways I know is to use manual traffic exchange. Autosurfs are mainly for people who want to make a few bucks off their upgraded memberships, not for getting traffic because most people turn them on and surf just long enough to get their cash. And since they don't have to click they don't have to be at their computers or viewing the pages.
Manual surfs on the other hand require you to sit there and click to move from site to site. So you're going to actually see the pages. You can also use your credits to put your apsense banners and text ads in for everyone who sees the traffic exchange when they surf. That way, non members of the TE as well as members will see the ads.
I've put together a little tutorial that anyone can use right off the bat to start getting more traffic to any site they want. If you use it with Apsense, please leave me a nice comment and let me know how you like it.
Here you go, Enjoy:)

Pretty comprehensive tutorial, I do however have issues with tabbed browsing. I would suggest a limit to the number of tabs you have open. After all, how can you actually absorb a site when you are flitting from tab to tab to tab? Which leads to sites that are now using video ads, many tabbed browser users have their speakers off, soI would also recommend using a splash page. Some sites have 10 second timers..a long loading site or a long page site won't exactly be read either.
And, can you give a more detailed description of your manual exchange? It looks interesting.

Thank you for that. Here's other place to go: if it don't show; just copy and paste the code.

Thank you for accepting my request to become a part of this group. I love to write but have much room for improvement. It seems I get excited and have all these thoughts and ideas in my head and some times, I cannot get them on paper and or know how to connect them to our business.
