How to earn !!! Why do I want to Earn Credits? You want to Earn Credits because once you get Credits you can spend them to get other people to join your programs. Do I have to Earn Credits? No, you can buy them if you don't wish to earn them this is a lot quicker and less hassle. Plus if you upgrade to a Gold membership first you get a 20% discount on all credit purchases. For more info on buying credits, click the Buy Credits link to the left. How to Earn by Joining Programs Click the "Earn" link in the left section of the page. You'll see a list of available programs in the left hand column of the table. On the right hand are the usernames of people who are screaming for referrals. If a program is listed more than one time, that means there are more than one person asking for a referral. You will also see a number next to each user's name If this number is blue, that means that user has accepted more credit requests than he/she has declined, the number is the difference between the amount of times the user has accepted a credit request, and the amount of times a user has declined a credit request. If the number is red, that means the user has declined a credit request more times than accepted a credit request. Choose a program you wish to sign up for and click the link. Read the page carefully, ONLY CLICK AGREE IF YOU ARE GOING to join the program, if you do not join after pressing agree, you may get a negative earning rating. On the next page, make sure that you read and follow all the instructions on the page. First, join the program using the link that you see on the page in blue. (It should open in a new window) Second, after you have joined the program, come back to the Getref page, and enter the ID that you joined the program with into the box. Thirdly, press the update button at the bottom of the page Note: The button will appear disabled until you press the link to join the program. You have submitted a credit request to the user, you can check on the status of the credit request by clicking on "View Earned". The user now has 3 days in order to accept your request, if by then, he/she has done nothing to it, then a button will appear to force the credit request. How to spend!!! Why do I want to Spend Credits? You spend your credits to get referrals in your program. Once you have credits in your account by either earning them or buying them, the next step is to spend those credits on a user program so that other users can join your program under you as your referral. Credits sitting in your account (The amount on the top left of the screen) do not earn you referrals, you must spend those credits in order get referrals for your program. What is a user program? A user program is any program that you have credits in and are trying to get referrals for. You will only get referrals in a program if you have greater than or equal to the cost per referral invested in that program. Ok so how do I spend? First, click the spend section on the left. Locate the program that you want to build referrals for by clicking on the numbers on the top. Once you see the program you wish to get referrals for, click the link for that program. If your user program is not in the list First, send an email to getref@hotmail.com and tell about the program. I might join as your referral for that program. In the text field "username" type your username for that program, whatever you need to add to the link below to properly complete the link for that program, and then type the number of credits you wish to invest into the "credits" text field. Make sure you have enough credits for at least the cost of one referral (Most are 2 credits). Once you have entered the above information, the click the update button, you will see that the link has changed to your referral link.
