IF YOU HAVE NO MAJOR PURPOSE, YOU ARE DRIFTING TOWARD CERTAIN FAILURE.
In achieving the goals you have set for yourself, there are only two
alternatives: Either you are moving toward your goal, or you are drifting away
from it. Choose your purpose in life and attack it with a vengeance. When you
have the courage of your convictions, when the choice is one you've made for
yourself, you will have the strength to persevere until you succeed.

IF YOU ARE REALLY GREAT, YOU WILL LET OTHERS DISCOVER THIS FACT FROM YOUR
ACTIONS.
In the final analysis, all that really matters are your actions. You may talk a
good story, but no matter how good you are at selling others on your
capabilities, eventually you have to perform. It is true that people are
generally forgiving and will overlook an occasional failure to deliver upon your
promises. Ultimately, though, you must live up to your promises to others if you
ever expect to make a lasting impression on them. Make it a habit to demonstrate
your abilities before talking about them. Seldom is anything worthwhile achieved
without the help of others, and nothing is ever achieved without some form of
action. The road to failure and despair is littered with the dreams of those who
failed to act upon them.

JUST WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR AND WHY ARE YOU WAITING?
Far too many people spend their entire lives waiting for that glorious day when the perfect opportunity presents itself to them. Too late, they realise that each day held opportunity for those who sought it out. If you have not
formulated a plan for what you would like to accomplish in your life, don't
waste another minute.
When you have Definiteness of Purpose fuelled by a burning desire to reach your objectives, nothing can stand in your way. Don't wait around waiting for life to happen to you. When you know what you want and how you expect to earn it, life will agree to your terms, not the other way around.
UBIEE - Thought for the Day -- September 29th, 2007
LIVE EACH DAY AS IF IT WERE YOUR LAST, AND YOU'LL DEVELOP A KEEN RESPECT FOR OPPORTUNITY.
If you had only one more day on this earth, how much sharper your senses would be.
The beauty of nature, the simple pleasures of life, would be indescribably wonderful, and every moment would present an opportunity to spend quality time with your family and strengthen relationships with friends, acquaintances, and business associates. Every thought would be laser-sharp in that highly focused state.
Well, today is the last day on earth for today's opportunities. Don't let
them pass you by.

MOST MISFORTUNES ARE THE RESULT OF MISUSED TIME.
The only luck in the world is the luck you create for yourself. Only in the
casino are the odds in favour of the house. In real life, the odds always favour those who use their time wisely to pursue their goals constructively, to fill every day with a full measure of honest work. Bad luck befalls those who waste time and mental energy hoping for the big break that will propel them to greatness. We all have the same twenty-four hours available to us in each day.
Most of us spend eight hours working and eight hours sleeping . What you do with the remaining eight hours will have a tremendous influence on the level of success you achieve in your life.

I LIKE YOUR THOUGHT OF THE DAY
Here is something scary about envinoment.
Senior Scientist Mark Serreze said, “Computer projections have consistently shown that as global temperatures rise, the sea ice cover will begin to shrink. While a number of natural factors have certainly contributed to the overall decline in sea ice, the effects of greenhouse warming are now coming through loud and clear.â€

ANYONE CAN QUIT WHEN THE GOING IS HARD, BUT A THOROUGHBRED NEVER QUITS UNTIL HE WINS.
The going is always hard on the road to greatness. If success were easy, everyone would achieve it. NFL All-Pro lineman Brian Holoway recalled that when he was playing for the New England Patriots and the Los Angeles Raiders, there wasn't a single day when he didn't feel like giving up because the road was too tough and the sacrifices were too great. He didn't quit, of course; he was willing to pay the price because he was determined to succeed. True Thoroughbreds never quit.
Competition only spurs them, and obstacles merely reinforce their determination to succeed. If you have not yet achieved greatness
in your life, it is because you have been willing to settle for less. You may
not cross the finish line first every time you try, but if you stay in the race,
you will eventually prevail.

REMEMBER THAT EVERY TIME YOU GO THE EXTRA MILE, YOU PLACE SOMEONE UNDER OBLIGATION TO YOU.
When you do something to or for another, whether your deeds are good or bad, people feel compelled to "retaliate" in kind. If you are a kind and decent person, you can expect to be treated well in return. If you use others for your own advantage without giving anything in return, you will soon find that they have little use for you.
People like working for and with positive, considerate people.
Start now to develop the habit of going the extra mile.

EVERY TIME YOU INFLUENCE ANOTHER PERSON TO DO A BETTER JOB, YOU BENEFIT THAT PERSON AND YOU INCREASE YOUR OWN VALUE.
Someone once said that no one can really motivate anyone else; all we can do is motivate ourselves and hope it catches on. You will probably never know how much you influence others with your behaviour.
When you always go the extra mile, you will influence those in your circle of friends and acquaintances, your family, your co-workers, and even your bosses to do more and better than they have done before. Your value to yourself and others is greatly enhanced by your ability to influence others to be happier, more productive people.
There are no salary caps or career limits for those who lead others to great heights of success in Network Marketing. Such people are simply too valuable.

THOSE WHO CAN'T TAKE DIRECTIONS GRACIOUSLY HAVE NO BUSINESS GIVING THEM.
If you are an irresponsible or argumentative networker who cannot accept
instructions from others, you are destined to remain at the bottom of the pay
plan. Before you can ever hope to manage other people, you must learn to manage
yourself and your relationships with others effectively, particularly with those
in higher positions in the organisation. Unless you can learn how to manage your
relationship with your own sponsor or upline, you will never be able to manage a
relationship with your subordinates.
