One of the easiest and best programs I have found for getting traffic to your website is a little plug-in for Internet Explorer called Instant Buzz:

It takes hardly any time at all to download and install and starts to drive traffic to your site right away. It's better than most traffic exchanges because you only have to surf as usual to get credits.
