Hi All! Barry Has Come to Our House!
by Vikki Gigante Consultant Hi! Well, the first tropical storm of the season has arrived in Maryland! We are getting heavy winds and rain now! Oh wow, it is going to be interesting this year. We needed the rain, so this is good, but I hope it doesn't mean we are going to have severe weather for the whole season. Well, go get your hurricane supplies. This means you go get a plastic container with a seal tight cover that you can fit in the trunk of your car. In it, you put flashlights, batteries, candles, matches, cash, three days worth of nonperishable food and bottles of spring water, a manual can opener, and a change of clothes as well as any prescription and non-prescription medicines you take. I would also include a weather alert type radio that operates either on batteries or as a crank up so you can find out what is going on in the world. So, get ready, it is here and will be until November 1. Meanwhile, I will keep working online to get that cash together, lol.Vikki Gigante
