The shared server: for individuals or associations
However, there is a much cheaper way to get the
host site on
shared server. It has roughly the same techniques as the dedicated server features, with one difference: many sites are stored, instead of one. So, you share
bandwidth, CPU, RAM
and disk access to
other sites. The downside is that
the responsiveness of the shared
server is less compared to
dedicated server. The advantage is that its prices are
divided by 10, at least. It indeed takes between
2 and 5 euros per month to enjoy.
And some, as we shall see, are even free...
