Replace Fuser Film Sleeve For Your HP P4015 Fuser Assembly

When it's time to replace your worn fuser film, there're various manufacturers that we select, the fuser assembly is the pricy unit that fuser film sleeve set in it, so it's very important to pick up the right quality film to fit it, additionally the procedures of replacement is also important, the fuser assembly may be damaged if operate improperly.

When we get started to do it, lets firstly take out the fuser assemly from your printer, you can see a metal cover plate at the side, use a phillip screw driver to remove the screws on it, also remove the red wire right next to it, and then you can slide the cover plate to the left and take it off.

Use a flat blade screw driver to release the clips of a group of driving gears and take them off from the fuser assembly. And then there are two screws nearby the blue clip at the bottom left, so these also need to be released to remove the back cover, then you can see two wires at left and right side and unplug them out, another one is need to be unplugged out at the left bottom.

Remove the topside screws to detach the lip and two springs, now you can see the fuser film sleeve inside, unplug out the red cord at its left bottom, now you can lift up the upper roller out of its socket, get the side collar off carefully and don't damage the heating element, now you can pull the sleeve off from the roller, wipe off the old lubrication on the heat element, and brush the new lubrication on it, and then it's time to replace the new fuser film sleeve on it, finally, just fix all the removed parts back.
