Generally impact testing machine can be divided into the following series:

1) Drop Weight Tear Testing Machines (DWTT)

It is used for drop weight tear test of ferrite steel (especially all kinds of pipeline steel)

This machine is composed of frame part, feeding part, lifting part, hammer part, anvil part, and safety protection part and control system. It adjusts the impact energy through adjustment of weight thallium quantity and impact height, the energy range is stepless from zero to full speed.

Different size hammer and anvil can be customized to meet other types of impact test. Different Energy Test System is available to meet different test demand.

2) Pendulum Impact Testing Machines (aslo know as PIT M/C)

Pendulum Impact Testing Machine is used to test anti-impact performance of metal material under dynamic load to judge the quality of material under dynamic load. This series of impact testing machines mainly include automatic impact testing machine and semiautomatic impact testing machine. They are easy to operate and high effective. Raising pendulum, impact and pendulum dropping are all controlled by electrical control.Generally it can divided in the following series:

a. manual impact testing machines

b. semi-automatic impact testing machine with electric hand control box

c. semi-automatic impact testing machine with lcd screen

d. semi-automatic impact testing machine with computer display

e. room temperature automatic impact testing machine with digital display

f. room temperature automatic impact testing machine with computer control
