Operating Principle of Screw Oil Press
Oil bearing materials from hopper to pressing chamber, when the screw expeller pressing running. Screw shaft rotating in the cage, which push the oil material into the machine for pressing. On the one hand, raw material is keeping moving all the time in pressing chamber. Under the high pressure of pressing chamber, there is great friction drag between raw material and screw shaft, also between feedstock and press chamber. On the other hand, because the circle diameter of screw shaft root gradually thickening and screw shaft distance little by little reduce. When screw shaft is rotating, it pushes raw material strongly and rolling over outward at same time. Thus there is relative movement among every raw material particle. The quantity of heat from friction drag satisfies technology in the pressing, contribute to thermal denaturation of protein in the material, improve the oil extracting rate in the meantime. Either big scale or small scale of screw oil expeller, they have similar theories in screw expeller pressing.
