IOCL Admit Card 2017| Download JEA-IV/Tech Apprentices Exam Call Letter

• Press on the “About Us” tab then follow ‘Indian Oil for Careers’ on the home page.

• Select ‘Careers’ link and after that press link ‘Latest job openings’.

• Now press the “here to download Admit Card through Applicant Login for Skill/Proficiency/Physical Test of Production, P&U and F&S disciplines, Mathura Refinery’” link.

• Press on the ‘Download Admit Card’ link to download the online exam call letter.

• Fill the details with your registration number, date of birth or password.

• Press on the “Submit” button.

• Finally hall ticket will be displayed on your screen.

• Save it and take a print out to be carry in the examination hall.

Important Instruction

• Candidates need to make their own arrangement for stay at Mathura for 2/3 days for Skill/ Proficiency/ Physical Test.

• After qualifying Skill/ Proficiency/ Physical Test, candidates have to undergo Medical Examination.

• Applicants should match the prescribed eligibility criteria according to the verification/ authenticity of documents submitted by them.

List Of Documents For Document Verification

Date Of Birth (DOB) - Tenth (X th) class mark sheet issued by State/Central Board or Birth certificate.

Qualification Document - Mark sheets of all semesters/years of Diploma/ITI/Sub Officers Course, Final/Provisional Diploma/ITI/Sub Officers Course equivalency Certificate (if applicable) & Final/Provisional Diploma/ITI/Sub Officers Course Certificate.

Post Qualification Experience Document - Apprenticeship training certificates (if applicable), Experience/Service certificate, Release Order, First and last pay slip & Offer of Appointment.

Large Industry Establishment Balance Sheet (Mandatory) - Last published balance sheet of the establishment from where you got post qualification experience mentioning the investment in plant & machineries exceeding Rs 10 crores is to be submitted under self certification.

Caste Certificate (Applicable For SC/ST/OBC) - Date of issue of Caste Certificate must not be more than 06(six) months old if candidates belong to OBC. & Caste certificate (applicable for SC/ST/OBC only).

Identity Proof- ID etc. / Passport/Aadhaar Card/PAN Card/Voter ID Card/Driving license & Others- No Objection Certificate from employer & Service certificates and discharge certificate.

Note-

For Recruitment Trade/Tech Apprentices, candidates should attend Document Verification phase and also Test (‘Skill/ Proficiency/ Physical) on scheduled date with IOCL Hall Ticket and essential documents.
