Ingredients. You will need flour, salt, sugar, butter, egg, yeast, lemon, milk, dried fruits for cooking the buns. In order to make the crosses you will need flour, vegetable oil and golden syrup.
First, put flour, salt and spice in a big bowl. Then add some spices. Take some butter and rub it into the flour paste. Make a well shape. Then add sugar and lemon zest in the centre of that well shape. Add some yeast in the mixture.

Mix some water and sugar together in a small pan on low heat. Stir until sugar dissolves. Brush the mix over the buns. Serve the pieces warm.
