Double Roller Fertilizer Granulator Structure

Double roller fertilizer granulator is a newly developed granulating machine in fertilizer industry. It uses squeezing principle to form fertilizer particles with diameters of 3.5-10mm in one time.It has higher granulating ratio of over 85%. Double roller fertilizer granulator is the most popular granulating methods in no-drying (2%-5% moisture content) fertilizer process at room temperature.Less cost and quick granulating,thus it can bring fertilizer investment a good economic returns.

1.Rollet machine rack: all working parts are fixed on machine rack. The rack is made of medium carbon steel plate and channel beam which are welded. In the middle of rack quadrangle there is a lifting hole for loading or unloading transportation.

2. Drive connecting parts: motor can drive belt pulley, triangle, and speed reducer driving to make the nose job. Otherwise, sprocket, chain of transmission chain is passed to the broken part separation work. The transmission speed reducer and the working parts of the nose pass drive with pin coupling mesh nylon column.

3. Working part of the nose: it’s composed by the driving wheel through column pin coupling to drive the roller, the roller synchronous operation by a pair of open round guarantee, both sides of the main driven shaft have a specific bearing, and bearing frame. It’s installed on the frame.

4. Crushing and separating part: Fertilizer materials after squeezing down flow to the crushing room. On the double roller there are many short bars rotating along with rollers which separate fertilizer particles from reverting materials.
