Chardham Pilgrimage Destination Yatra

Traditionally In India, Chardham yatra has great importance among Hindu Religious . Chardham Yatra is associated with Four Pilgrimage Places in India such as Badrinath in North India , Dwarka in West Indian , Jagannath Puri in East India and Rameshwaram in South India. Where as Gateway of Himalayas collectively known as Chota char Dham including Badrinath, Kedarnath , Gangotri and Yamunotri  Dham in Uttarakhand State of North India. Dwarkadish temple temple is dedicated to lord Krishna worshipped as the name of Dwarkadish or king of Dwarka. The temple is known as Jagat Mandir. Jagannath Puri Temple is one of the most popular and Hindu Religious temple located in Puri State of Odisha in eastern India. The Temple is dedicated to incarnation of lord Jagannath. The temple is basically well known for its famous splendid Chariot Festival or ritual of Rath Yatra. Ramanathaswamy Temple is Hindu Religious Temple Dedicated to Lord Shiva. The town along with Ramanathaswamy Temple is considered to be a holy pilgrimage Destination for both  Shaivism and Vaishnavism as well as Smarthas. During the 12th century, Ramanathaswamy Temple was built by the Pandya Dynasty. Yamunotri is the starting point of the holy River Yamuna. The main Fascinating Point at Yamunotri is Yamunotri Temple that dedicated to the Goddess of Yamuna and second one is Janki Chatti holy terminal located 7 km away. Gangotri is one of the main Hindu religious places among the four Char Dham pilgrimage areas. According to mythology Goddess Ganga is the daughter of heaven manifested herself in the form of a river to absolve the sins of King Bhagirath’s predecessors, following his severe penance of several centuries.

Badrinath is famous for its well known Lord shiva temple named as Badrinath temple. Badrinath temple is Perched at an elevation of about 3,415 metres High above the sea level. The temple is located in Silent valley of Garhwal Himalayas on the seashore of flowing water of Alaknanda river. Kedarnath temple is a part of panch Kedar in Uttarakhand. Kedarnath temple is dedicated to worshipped incarnations of Lord Shiva. . The Kedarnath temple lies in Gharwal Himalaya of Rudraprayag District in State of Uttarakhand. It is believed that Kedarnath Dham is the place where Lord Shiva absolved Pandavas from the sin of killing their own cousins Kauravas in the battle of Kurukshetra war. You will Hustle and Bustle in and around the Chardham at the Summar season of the year respectively.
