WOW! What a day! We just closed a deal with a very high profile retailer that represents not only their company but many companies under their umbrella! Very, very exciting! We can?t reveal who they are yet (disclosure will be around the 1st or 2nd week in October). But I can say that this deal means hundreds of thousands of dollars in ad revenue over the next few months, and 49% of that will be going out to the members and their network!
Please? Please? Please? work with your people to build their networks NOW!!!! This is coming, and it will be (as Donald Trump says) huge!!!!! These retailers want to send messages to hundreds of thousands of people so the potential here is fantastic! They are excited about permission based marketing through text messaging.
Most of you have a good start on your network, and I know that it will be easier to build this program when we have major players sending messages all day long, but it is the old story of the chicken and the egg. Thank God we were able to leverage our existing relationships to have these companies commit to marketing to you even though the base is so small.
Anyway, it is an exciting day here, and you are going to be blown away by the quality of advertisers that will be using this system!
