Fitness Bootcamp Workoutby Mike Vamplew
We had a great Fitness Bootcamp last night in slightly cold conditions, the ladies worked really hard giving 150% on a good tough ABS and Legs Workout. Here is what we did:-
5 Minutes Stretching
Warm-Up: 1 minute Jogging, 1 minute Jumping jacks, 1 minute Push ups, 1 minute Jogging, 1 minute Tricep Dips
Core: Squat Jumps, Jump Lunges, Double Crunches, Bicycle Crunches, Pop Squats
Reps of 10 then move onto next exercise
Perform as many rounds as you can working up to 10 rounds
Cool Down: 10 minutes stretching static and p.n.f stretching
Great workout by the ladies, one to raise that metabolism and burn those calories.
