Decorating Your Home and Garden

When hubby and I decided on decorating our home and garden. We had no idea of what to do. Until a friend of mind said sit back and think of the feel you want your home and garden to have. Do you want it open and airy? Or do you want it warm and inviting?  So we did that and found we wanted something warm and inviting.

The colors was the first thing we decided on we choose a olive green with our wood trim for our kitchen. And continue on with the color down the hall.What a wonderful feeling it brought to our home. The livingroom we choose a hunter green it brought the colors of my furniture out and made my curtains dance against the wall.

We decorated our home with products from my collection at Anita's Gift Boutique. products like pillows,lamps,pictures,candles,candleholders and more.My products made my home feel so warm and so welcoming.

With the garden we choose again another green for the cushions and planters which i purchase from my store.The garden statues and stonnes seem to dance as they line my garden paths. I felt like a young girl again dancing amoung the flowers and vegetables in my garden. So remember when desiging your home or garden always design it to what you want it to feel. Play with the colors,textures and see what feel they can bring to your home.Don't be afraid to add a splash of color to your homes and lives. As colors can bring out the true you in your home and garden. It did for me and my family.
