Start a Garden. I have been working a square foot garden. I grow 16 different plants in a 4x4 foot area. Takes a little organization but it is well worth it. You can grow your vegetables in less space . There is a link to the system I use in resources to help get you started. Build your own solar and wind energy producers: Or buy them. I have solar panels that produce half of my energy: 3- panels for 229.00 + shipping: 1- 2000 watt inverter 159.00 + shipping 2- deep cell 12v batteries New: 139.00 ea. I got mine by doing some bartering. (Trading ) The higher the cranking amps the longer the Batteries will hold and produce energy: Build a solar cooker and solar heaters.
