In recent times we have been getting a few complaint emails.
Here is an excerpt from a letter:

“Surfing the Internet, I often see information with reference to you concerning a sales technology. But nowhere, not in you publications nor on your web-site, I haven’t found decent information about this. If it possible could you please fully describe what it is?!

We do not publish author's name, but we consider his complaint is fair. We hadn’t supposed that users would waste time searching answers to own questions.
Our mail service is answering to every email and we had supposed that it is enough.
Administration of the project apologies for any inconvenience and publishes brief scheme of wholesale trading.
