Launch CNC601A Introduction:
CNC-601A injector cleaner & tester manufactured by LAUNCH TECHCo., Ltd. Developed with the technology of ultrasonic cleaning andfuel pressure control, CNC-601A is an advanced electromechanicalproduct, which can clean and test injectors by simulating engineworking conditions. It can also perform cleaning on the injectorsand fuel supply system on vehicle.
 

CNC601A Features:
1. Ultrasonic cleaning: To perform simultaneous cleaning on severalinjectors and to remove the carbon deposits on the injectorcompletely.
2. Uniformity/Sprayability test: To test the uniformity ofinjecting amount of each injector, and to monitor the sprayingstatus of each injector with the help of backlight. This test isalso for reverse flush.
3. Leakage test: To test the sealing and dribbling conditions ofinjectors under system pressure. * Injecting flow test: To checkthe injecting amount of the injector in 15 seconds of constantinjection.
4. Auto. Test: To test injectors by simulating different workingconditions.
5. On-vehicle cleaning: The unit is equipped with various adaptorsand couplers that facilitate cleaning on the injectors on vehicle.
