How does a prepaid legal plan work?

A Prepaid legal plan is a low cost, comprehensive legal solution for individuals and families. Many of the legal services encountered by you and your family are already covered through your membership in our plan. Through a low monthly membership fee, you have access to quality lawyers to help resolve your legal issues and answer your legal questions.

Who is covered?

*You and your spouse
*Your never-married, dependent children under age 21 living at home
*Never-married, dependent children under age 18 (You are Legal Guardian)
*Never-married, dependent children to age 23 / full-time students
*Any disabled child regardless of age

How do I use the Plan:Shortly after you enroll, you'll receive a complete  Pre-Paid Legal member packet and a membership card through the mail. The card includes a toll-free customer service phone number and your Provider Law Firm's toll-free phone number. When you have a legal question or problem simply call your Provider Law Firm directly during regular business hours.

What law Firm will I use?Our company has selected a quality, established law firm whose lawyers are members of their Law Society. We carefully secreen and monitor the legal service our members receive through surveys we send out to members on a regular basis. As a member you represent one of the firm's largest clients, so you can rest assured you'll receive quality professional service when you need it.
