We, at Rastelli Direct, have one straight forward goal. And that is to make available to you and your family at home the same great steaks, pork, veal, chicken, lamb, seafood and other products Rastelli Foods has sold to many of the world's highest rated restaurants, steakhouses, resorts and hotels for years. 

Rastelli Direct is not your traditional meat/seafood supplier.  Unlike many others in the industry we own the process from start to finish for all of our meat products.  We hand trim, process, pack and ship our meats in our state of the art facilities. We own our own cattle and select only the finest for our customers.  This allows us to carefully monitor quality throughout all the steps needed to fill your order.

Our approach is all about your satisfaction.  Our facility has an on site USDA inspector to insure and guarantee that each and every product is wholesome and safe for consumption.  All beef selected by Rastelli meets or exceeds specification for marbling, Angus breed selection and quality; and are certified at the highest grade.  Our quality control plan takes over two hours each day to implement and includes temperature control, sanitization, and product review.
