Our general investment criteria are as follows:

Performing Real Estate Secured Loans
• Individual loans up to $75M
• Portfolio transactions up to $250M
• Whole loans or B notes, and Mezzanine Interests
• Re-performing or restructured loans
• Collateral types including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, hospitality, and mixed use
Non performing Real Estate Secured Loans
• Whole loans or B notes, and Mezzanine Interests
• Assets in litigation, foreclosure or bankruptcy
• Assets under lender liability claims
• Assets requiring creative financial restructures and work-outs
• Collateral types including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, mixed use, and hospitality

Our general acquisition criteria are as follows:

• Minimum acquisition size of $10M
• Commercial, income producing real estate including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, mixed use, hospitality and senior/assisted living
• Multifamily 150+ units, class "A" properties, 1985 construction or newer
• Hospitality 150+ doors, 3+ star properties, interior corridor only
• Assisted Living 100+ rooms, 1990 construction or newer
• Office 100,000+ square feet, class "A" properties
• Single tenant as well as multi-tenant retail
• Residential development located in primary markets of California , Arizona , Nevada and Texas
• Primary and secondary markets throughout the United States, Mexico and Canada
• Real estate assets that require significant capital improvements, intensive management and creative repositioning
• Environmentally impacted assets
