Castle in the Attic (Elizabeth Winthrop) -

This was a fun story that brought the mid-evil times to life for a young boy like myself.  My imagination ran wild along with the main character of this book.  This book reminds me of another book I once read - The Indian in the Cupboard.  Both wonderful tales of preteen boys who find a wonderful surprise when their toys turn in to real people.
