Just wanted to drop you a line on how the ACT powder has been helping my dad........
My dad was diagnosed this past March with In-operable brain cancer. He had FIVE tumors on his brain! A man that worked out everyday, ate right and took great care of himself. Of course, to say the least we were all devastated.
He had to start chemotherapy treatments ASAP. His particular cancer was only in the brain and this was a good thing, because it was easier to treat. The day he started his treatments, I started doing my homework on how to decrease his fatigue and to help him deal with the chemo. Thank God that you told us about the ACT drink. He was hesitant to start it, being that when you are on chemo, you have to be careful of what you put in your body. We asked the Doctor and he said it was fine.
He started with 1/2 a packet in the morning and at night. The next day he called me THRILLED. He said he felt "like a person again" and had alot more energy. He also said that he felt like he could concentrate better and things seemed "more clear".
Since then, he cannot go a day without this wonderful drink, all his tumors have shrunk and he is in remission. He still has a few more months of chemo, but he is doing great. I don't think the ACT drink had a direct help in putting him into remission, but I definitely believe that it put his attitude in the right direction by making him feel better - just in general.
