Autoresponder is needed to manage subscribers on auto pilot.Yes if you without an auto-responder, working on the internet in marketing will be a nightmare, as this once setup correctly will run on autopilot and do a great job for you.
For each campaign you can setup your autoresponder, but it is easier the second time as you can use most of previous material if you need to. The one I use allows you to also enter names manually to a list .There is also great training material as well as online prompting as what must be done next. Once all the setup is done you allow the autoresponder to do its thing while you concentrate on whatever you need to.
