About Our Team:

Coach Steve Toth-has more then ten years experience in life coaching, leadership development, and management consulting, professional coaching and culture change.  He has worked with hundreds of Realtors, investors, mortgage brokers, entrepreneurs and professionals as a personal-executive coach.  He was a radio show host on 630KHOW AM radio for three years producing and hosting the Real Estate & Mortgage Focus Show.

He studied at the Management Consulting Institute, Context Training, Landmark Education, PAIRS Foundation, Transformational Breath Institute, Naropa University, a Life Balance Certified Associate and a licensed coach practitioner.

Founder of Real-Coaching Institute and Real Coaching Radio-putting a new spin on Coaching & Personal Development on NowLive and UBroadcast.  His Podcast on Real Coaching Moment Blog is about coaching and personal development.  The firm provides Life Coaching programs and technology consulting services that dramatically enhance individual and team performance in the areas of Sales, Motivation, Leadership, Teamwork, Communication and Life Balance Management Skills, Personal Development for Realtors, Investors, Mortgage Professionals and the General Public.

Dr. Venerina Conti-she is Holistic Psychologist, Freelance Writer, Holistic Health Therapist, Spiritual/Psychic Healer and Life Balance Coach.

Her quest for knowledge never ceases. She is currently studying for a Masters Degree in the Transpersonal and already having an Honours degree in Psychology, she also have post-graduate diplomas in European Humanities, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Ayurveda, Kinesiology, Medicinal Herbs, Homeopathy, Diet & Nutrition, Professional Hypnotherapy, Anatomy & Physiology, Holistic Health Therapies, Meditation and Relaxation Therapy.

She is, also, a freelance writer who has written several articles for the Internet and hard copy magazines published in various countries.

Dr. Ken Jones, MD-he studied in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at USC, he is committed to assist and coach people with health issues, both physical and spiritual. 

He is a Coach-Founder of Crossroads Coaching and author of "Love, Health, and Choices-- 37 things your mother would never tell you, cause she didn't know".

Tom Spanton-he calls himself Transition Coach, or TRCoach for short.  His motto is helping you get from where you are, to where you want to be.  He is all about personal development, self and life improvement.  He is committed to giving you the best ideas and information available to make the most of your life. For him personal development is choosing to live a life of more and then taking action.
