We are going to try to address the "HOW IT WORKS" in simple terms to
understand so we are going to use terms involving going to school.
This will make it fun and since this is a totally new concept, keep an
open mind because this is how the "New Era of Internet Marketing" will begin...
The most important feature of this new concept will be the importance of the 1st 5000 advertising units sold.
The following information shows the basic overall concept in a nutshell.

Mini CAP Program
Spots are valued at $2 each- they are purchased in Packages of 3 ($6) + Fees = $8When the Package of 3 Spots is purchased >One spot from each Package is placed in the Study Hall.The other Two Spots are placed in the LibraryAt Launch the spots in the Study Hall are drawn RANDOMLY(using a randomizer Program) and Fed into the Nursery Matrix- filling it from left to right – no blank spaces.When each matrix has 6 (2x2 Matrix) beneath itthe Spot proceeds to the next Matrix Level.There are 6 Matrix LevelsUpon completion of each of the 6 matrix levelsthe spot earns for its owner Free Reentries into the NurseryLevel – but they are not entered immediately.The 16 Free Re-Entry spots are held in the Gym untilall spots from the Study Hall have entered the Nursery Matrix.(this prevents those spots that enter the Nursery Matrix firstfrom having an unfair advantage of having their free re-entriesenter before all the spots in the Study Hall have entered the Nursery Matrix.)When all spots from the Study Hall have entered the Nursery Matrix, the Spots in the Library and the reentries in the Gym, will be waiting to be placed in the Nursery Matrix.
Subscriptions:Every time one of your spots Completes mini CAP Matrix Levels 4, 5 and 6 you will be required to set up a new AP Monthly Subscription for a New $8 Package/Unit of 3 spots - WITHIN 7 DAYSYour spots are the Three that you purchase in each Package/Unit AND EVERY reentry. This will create massive cycling.
