After listening in on a Zoegetics webinar, one thing caught my attention to the point that I did a little research of my own. I am shocked after reading numerous articles pertaining to our country's addiction to sodas and energy drinks. Words cannot explain how my perception has changed about sodas and what they are doing to us, especially our kids. I since have made it a habit to incorporate Zoe Life into my family's lives at least once a day. My husband and I have taken your suggestions and we have become fairly creative with the way we get Zoe Life into our kids! They really like it when we mix it up at night with good ole' water and put it in the fridge. The next morning, we shake it up and pour glasses for all. We have our little Zoe Life get together in the kitchen which is not all that bad either. We have also blended smoothies with fruit, juice, yogurt and Zoe Life. Awesome! My husband mixes it into a cup of vanilla yogurt almost everyday and is addicted. All methods have proven successful and we feel comfortable knowing that our family is loaded up for the day! We are not trying to ban sodas from our family altogether, but we are encouraging your philosophy of replacing at least one of the unhealthy drinks a day with a Zoe Life.
