Shipping Information:
All prices are price per kilogram. Prices excluding shipping,handling and customs clearance tax at the country of destination. Orders will be proceeded immediately. Shipping of orders or samples only after payment arrive. All orders will be shipped via express courier or air cargo, if not agreed different. Sample shipment via express courier only! The time between order and issue of airway bill vary on the amount of ordered quantity. In general the shipment will take 3-4 weeks from the day of order until the day of arrival at destination. Airway bill will be send via email, fax or post ( as customer desires ) 4 days before arrival. Import tax will be collected accordingly to the law of country of destination.
All pictures are sample pictures and resemble the original goods. Stones delivered will be same like shown on pictures and as explained in title and description.
All offered stones request a minimum quantity to be ordered. Without reaching the minimum order amount ( see product description ), delivery will be strongly delayed. Due fix cost for transportation and export from Africa, there can be no shipment of small quantity for medium grade gemstone quality. Only high grade, clean for facet can be ordered in small quantity beginning from 1 kg each quality, if available.
Sample shipment can only be done after request, payment and confirmation.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
All pictures are sample pictures. The pictures resembles the original. All delivered stones have same appearance as pictures and samples. Sample shipment has to pass the same process as full goods delivery. In case of the delivered goods do not meet customer expectations, they can be returned. Refund only if returned items same as ordered. In case of return or cancellation of order money will be refunded via bank transfer. Cost of refund transfer for canceled orders have to be paid by customer .
