or investing in a better filtering system.

Now if you have no choice around the chlorine locations in your area

here are some steps to secure yourself..

1) Always shower immediately following swimming in chlorine.
2) Get a bottle of sesame seed juice

rub some on before going into the pool
that should stop the chlorine from raking havoc against your skin.

Chlorine is a volatile chemical shown to cause asthma

and also other chronic diseases and is one of the chemicals

used during WW2 to manufacture a toxic gas.

Don't eat meat preserved having sodium nitrates,
Nitrates can cause cancer with the gut

deli meat, hot dogs tend to be preserved with nitrates

though you may see some types

which might be more naturally preserved.

Your local water treatment plant

Don't depend on your local government

to clean your water as tests nowadays reveal

a much more toxic environment.
Too many factors which may go wrong with water

it is far better you have some kind of purification at your source.

Some filters filter better than others

the conventional carbon based filters remove only so much.

I heard in India that a man came up with an ingenious filter

using ashes that is quite effective removing the smallest microns.

Steam distilling also appears to be really effective

that will even remove nuclear waste.

As some in Japan been using this

to recover near the epicenter of the tsunami.

being passed through the food chain of fish.

We are basically eating our own trash..
